Refunds & cancellation

Cancelling

You can cancel your plan (monthly or yearly) at any time using the “manage subscription” link in your receipt email, or by emailing us. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.

Refunds

If Annie didn’t help, email help@justaskannie.com within 7 days of your payment and we’ll refund it in full. Refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment provider, Dodo Payments, and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.
